Initially going live with 200 brand new e-scooters in Birmingham, we'll be rolling out an additional 700 across the city centre and surrounding neighbourhoods.
From Birchfield to the Bullring to Selly Oak, Edgbaston to Aston, scoot your way past the traffic and enjoy Birmingham on two wheels.

*What does ‘double the minutes on pedal bikes’ mean with our Flexi or Day pass?
When you opt to ride a pedal bike and are using a Flexi or Day Pass, your minutes will effectively double for that ride! When using a pedal bike you will use just 1 minute from your pass for every 2 minutes cycled. A pedal bike is the most sustainable way to travel, so we want to reward you for helping the planet.
Out of bay charge
A £10 convenience fee will be charged for e-scooters left outside of a Beryl bay.
Out of zone fee
A £20 convenience fee will be charged for e-scooters locked outside the Beryl zone.
If the e-scooter is not brought back into the operating zone within 24 hours, an additional £80 fee will be charged to cover the cost of recovering the e-scooter.
Unlocked e-scooter fee
Our e-scooters are unlocked and locked directly from the Beryl app. It's your responsibility to end every ride you take to make sure the e-scooter is secure and ready for the next rider.
A flat fee of £30 will be charged to cover the cost of us sending our operations team out to lock the e-scooter on your behalf.
